This website is deliberately minimal: it sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads nothing from third-party servers. Fonts and images are served from this website itself.

Server log files

When you open this website, the hosting provider automatically records technical data that your browser transmits: IP address, date and time of the request, the page requested, the referring page, browser type and operating system. This data is required to deliver the website and to keep it secure and stable.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure, functioning operation). This data is not merged with other sources and is deleted by the hosting provider after the retention period set by that provider.

Contact form and email

If you use the enquiry form, the details you enter — name, company, email address, your message, plus the time of submission and your IP address — are transmitted by email to the controller and are used solely to answer your enquiry.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract) and Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (your consent, given via the checkbox). You can withdraw that consent at any time with effect for the future, by sending an email to the address above.

Your details are stored for as long as they are needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting business relationship, and are then deleted unless statutory retention obligations apply. No data from the form is used for advertising, and no automated follow-up mails are sent.

Spam protection

The form uses a hidden field and a submission timestamp to recognise automated submissions, and briefly stores a hashed value derived from your IP address on the server in order to limit the number of submissions per hour. No external service is involved.

Cookies, analytics, external services

This website stores no cookies and uses no tracking, analytics or advertising services. There is no embedded content from third-party providers, and no fonts are loaded from external font services.

Your rights

You have the right to obtain information about the personal data stored about you, and to request rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, to object to processing and to receive your data in a portable format (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR). Please contact the address above.

If you believe that the processing of your data infringes data protection law, you may lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Österreichische Datenschutzbehörde, Barichgasse 40-42, 1030 Vienna).

Note about the MonoLog software

This policy covers this website only. The MonoLog software itself is installed on the customer's own server; the operator of that installation is the controller for any data processed within it, and no operating data is transmitted to us.
